The sleeves have a ruffled cuff and elastic.   The skirt is a two tiered  beauty!  Constructed like our Sparkle Satin Petticoat but with half the fullness.  Short and sweet a mini length petti will peek out below the hem. Elastic at the waist.   The blouse is available in long or short sleeve. Both pieces easily pull on and off.
